CUSTOM CONTAINER HOUSE STRUCTURE
Extra-large space of 27-72sqm, wind-resistant level 12, shock level 9, two-layer stacking on 20ft units - stacking of other sizes, 1 layer only. 120 openings/supports, height can be changed and made to satisfy the needs.
Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)

Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming

Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)

Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Make sure the air tightness of doors and windows are according to the standard (air leakage ≤ 0.1m³/ (h·㎡) under 0.5kPa). Use tempered glass with thickness ≥ 5mm. Use BV copper core wires and PPR pipes in the water and electric systems. Do a water pressure test at 0.8MPa for 30 minutes with pressure drop ≤ 0.05MPa. Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Implement three-round of checks and controls (first round of checks and controls, second round of checks and controls, third round of checks and controls). Stick tags on the ready to use test beds, take the images accordingly for records. Separate and rework unqualified test beds. Keep all the records for more than 3 years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
Following the acceptance of customers quality control people will accompany them. Confirm the form if there are no objections. If any problems occur after the acceptance, a remedy plan shall be prepared within twenty four hours, and reinspection shall be done after the remedy.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
Create only first class quality documents, and follow what is told in "one month to comeback, three months for check, and one year for maintain" plan. solve problems told by customers within two days, and finish fixing by three days. Come to place of ill within one day when it is urgent.
