WHAT IS THE CUSTOM CONTAINER HOUSE
A tailor made foldable case is a transport room which can be opened on the site and used as a transport room of one and three units respectively. It can be fitted to any need.
CUSTOM CONTAINER HOUSE STRUCTURE
Extra-large space of 27-72㎡, level 12 wind rated, level 9 seismic rated, 20 foot units can be stacked to 2 levels, other sizes only 1 level, can hold 120 openings and closings, heights can be safe and changeable as needed.
Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)
Create a" qualification review+ sampling re-inspection" system. Determine number values of main parts, like the Q355B steel (yield strength ≥ 355MPa), EPS heat-insult parts (heat transfer coefficient≤0.042W/(m·K)), and door locks (tensile resistance ≥ 1000N) to take outside quality.
Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Adopt CNC plasma cutting. Keep the error of size ≤ ±1mm, the error of the cut edge's stand straightness ≤ 0.5mm/m, and no burrs or missed corners. Make 100% chance for cutting edges' look.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Use CO₂ gas shielded welds (current: 120-180A, voltage: 20-25V). Make sure weld height is ≥ 6mm, weld has no flaws. Do 100% ultrasonic flaw detection on main frame welds. Fix not acceptable welds, do re-inspection.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming
After straightening, ensure the inclining difference ≤3mm, the column numbers ≤ 2mm/m, and the flatness of the beam ≤1mm/m. Carry out 100% and magnetic particle testing on the key parts to axy the cracks & deformation.
Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)
Please use 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards on floor, weld spacing shall be ≤200mm, hallowing is not allowed; splicing gap of EPS thermal insulation boards shall be ≤2mm; overlap of outer wall colour steel plates shall be ≥100mm, the roof slope shall be ≥5°; and conduct a 24-hour water tightness test in order to avoid any leakage.
Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Ensure air tightness of doors/k-win dows meet the standard (air leakage ≤ 0.1m³/(h·㎡) under 0.5kPa). Use tempered glass with thickness ≥ 5mm. Use BV copper core wires and PPR pipes for water and electric network. Do water pressure test at 0.8MPa for 30min with pressure drop ≤ 0.05MPa. Have 100% pass rate for power-on test.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Follow the three-inspection system (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection). Stick labels to the ones that pass the inspection and take photos for record. Remove and work on the ones that do not pass the inspection. Save all records for 3 years or more.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
Customers are accompanied by quality control personnel for acceptance. Sign if no objection is raised. Within 24 hours, prepare a rectification program in case of an issue and re-inspect after rectification.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
Create one-of-a-kind quality records and follow up as the "one-month rectification, three-month inspection, one-year service" schedule. Reply to clients' complaints in 48 hours and fix in 72 hours. Come to the place in 24 hours for emergency problems.
