Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)
Build a "second check of collection of 'screening + rice (samples)’" system. Use of a series of numbers on main material as Q355B steel (yield strength ≥ 355 Mpa), EPS heat coating (thermal conductivity ≥ 0.042 W/(m·K)), and opening locks (breakaway strength ≥ 1000 N) does serve to check source standard.
Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Use CNC plasma cut. Certify the Dimensional difference of cutting edge is not more than ±1mm, the rectangle of the cut edge is not more than 0.5mm/m, no burr and missing the corner. Do the 100% on the cutting edge appearance.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Adopt CO₂ gas shielded welding (current: 120-180A, voltage: 20-25V). Make weld height ≥ 6mm and good in quality. Conduct 100% ultrasonic flaw detection on main frame welds. Rework all unqualified welds and re-inspect.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming
If the straightness is under, the skewness is not over 3cm, the column is not over 2mm/m, the flatness is under 1mm/m, then do thorough inspection and magnetic component inspection on important parts and check cracks or deformation 100%.
Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)
Use 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards for the floor with weld spacing ≤ 200mm and no hollowing. Followed by the splicing gap of EPS thermal insulation boards ≤ 2mm. Finally, the over lap of external wall color steel plates ≥ 100mm, the roof slope ≥ 5°, and 24 hour water tightness test in order to avoid leakage.
Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Ensure the doors and windows of airtightness follow the GB/T7144-2014 standard (air leakage ≤ 0.1m3 / (h · ㎡) in 0.5kPa). Insulation glass of ≥ 5mm thick shall be used. Use BV copper core wire and PPR pipe on water and electricity system. Conduct a water pipe pressure test (0.8MPa, 30 min) after the rough reduction of 0.05MPa. The pass power-on test shall be 100% of the total test.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Implement three types of inspection systems (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection). Put tags on the qualified cabins and take pictures for the record. Keep the unqualified products apart, fix them, and keep all the records for more than 3 years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
Quality control people will be with customers to receive the checks. Sign if you have no worry. Correct it in 24 hours if there is a problem and we will check after correcting.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
Adhere to “1-month return visit, 3-month check-up, 1-year maintenance” plan by preparing unique quality documents and following-up accordingly. Must react to problems from clients in 48 hrs and send rectification within72hrs .Also, Respond to emergency problems within24 hours onsite.
