Custom expandable container is a portable container room that can be by hand off the site unfolded from one unit to three units. It can be made to fit different needs.

CUSTOM CONTAINER HOUSE STRUCTURE

27-72㎡ super big space, wind level 12, quake level 9, 20′ units can be stack two high,  other sizes just one high, can hold 120 open-close, height can change as needed in calc.

Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)

Create a "qualification review + sampling re-inspection" system. Where possible, apply quantitative standards to key items like Q355B steel (strength of at least 355 MPa), EPS thermal insulation (thermal transfer rate no more than 0.042 W/(m · K)), and door locks (stretch strength at least 1,000 N) in order to manage the original quality.

Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking

Follow CNC plasma cutting. Make sure the Dimensional error is less than or equal to ± 1 mm, Cutting edge to be at right angles≤ 0.5 mm/m, No false edges and false corners. Do a 100% appearance inspection on cutting edge.

Step 3:Frame Welding

Use normal A and volt (120-180A and 20-25V). Weld height ≤ 6mm and have no defect. Conduct 100% of the main frame weld welds ultrasonic flaw detection. re-weld the not-qualify welds, and re-inspection.

Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming

After leveling, the outwards tilt should not be more than 3mm, the column hipring@ not more than 2mm/m, and the crank out-line not more than 1mm/m? More than a 100% inspection and bent magnetic particle testing in the key parts should be based on preventing attributed to crack or de-formed.

Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)

Use 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards for the floor with weld spacing ≤ 200mm and no hollowing. Make sure the splicing gap of EPS thermal insulation boards ≤ 2mm. The overlap of external wall color steel plates ≥ 100mm, the roof slope ≥ 5°, and do a 24-hour water tightness test to avoid leakage.

Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)

Make sure that the closing of doors and windows does not allow air to go through more than the standard (air leakage≤ 0.1m3 /( h·㎡) at 0.5kpa). Use heat- resistant glass thickness≥5mm. Use BV copper cores for wire copper wires and PPR pipes pipes for water and electric systems. Conduct test pressure of 0.8MPa for 30minutes. Find that the Petroleum pressure drops≤ 0.05MPa during the test. Pass100% on the test load test.

Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)

Introduce the three-inspection system (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection). Affix tags on qualified boats, and photo for archiving. Remove disqualified products, and rework. Keep all records for over 3 years.

Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination

Follow customer for acceptance by quality control. Sign the confirmation form if there is no objection. Rectify within 24 hours if there are problems and re-inspect after rectification.

Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback

Set up special quality files and follow-up under the "1-month return visit, 3-month check, 1 year up" plan. Answer customer troubles in 48 hours and fix them in 72 hours. Come to the site within 24 hours for emergency troubles.
