The X folding container can be used for many part[s] of a temporary building. It folds easily, best in class strength and many shapes and size.

FOLDING CONTAINER HOUSE STRUCTURE

Developed with super-high strengthgalvanized steel and insulated EPS sandwich panels, it provides a strong and safe and relaxing place for both Temporary and semi-Size like a 20ft Container, 14m2 space, 1 door 2 windows, 12 houses loading per 40HQcontainer, increasing efciency by 80%and cut cost.

Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)

Create "approval test + sampling retest" system. Set ways to measure on key things like Q355B steel (yield strength ≥ 355MPa), EPS, (thermal conducitivity ≤ 0.042W/(m·K)) and door locks, (tensile strength ≥ 1000N) to keep source quality under control.

Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking

Adopt CNC plasma cutting. Make sure the dimensional deviation≤±1mm; the cutting edge perpendicularity≤0.5mm/m; no burrs, no missing corners.Stop the manual check on the appearances of cutting edges 100%.

Step 3:Frame Welding

Use CO₂ gas shielded welding (need 120-180A, 20-25V). Make sure the weld height ≥6mm, no welding peel and welding crack and welding spans. The main frame welds 100% ultrasonic flaw detection; Rework the unqualified welds and carry out rushed inspection again.

Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming

After straightening, the diagonal deviation shall be ≤3mm, the column perpendicularity shall be ≤2mm/m, and the beam flatness shall be ≤ 1mm/m. Key parts shall be subject to 100% inspection and magnetic particles test so as not to crack or bend.

Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)

Use 1.8mm MgO boards on the floor with welds ≤ 200mm apart and no hollowing. Make sure the splicing gap of EPS insulated boards ≤ 2mm. Extend of the external wall color steel plates ≥ 100mm, and the slope of the roof ≥ 5°. Conduct waterproofness test for 24 hours and claim no leakage.

Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)

Ensure the air tightness of doors and windows by meeting the standard (air leakage ≤ 0.1m³/(h·㎡) under 0.5kPa). Use tempered glass with ≥ 5mm thickness. Use BV copper core wires and PPR pipes in water and electricity systems. Conduct a water pressure test at 0.8MPa for 30 minutes with a pressure drop of ≤ 0.05MPa. Do a 100% pass rate for power-on test.

Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)

Implement the three-inspection system (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection). Stick tags on qualified cabins and shoot pictures for logs. Separate and correct unqualified products. Save all logs for more than 3 years.

Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination

Customers have to sign them after coming with quality control people if they agree. If they do not agree they should sign if they do, write down a bang plan in 24 hours, straighten the parts them load again for checking.

Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback

Follow up on special quality files as needed as per the plan of 'one-month return visit, three months check up and one year maintenance action' and complete customer complaints within 48 hours and within 72 hours on the time issue to arrive at location within 24 hours.
