WHAT IS THE FOLDING CONTAINER HOUSE
A single X fold container is a set of small mobile structures. These structures can fold efficiently and store well. They also have stable supportive structures. These structures are adaptable to work in many ways.
FOLDING CONTAINER HOUSE STRUCTURE
Built with strong-galvanized steel and insulated Eps Panels, it can provide temporary or semi Stage space, like a 20' Standard container, 14 sq. Meter Area, Single door, 2 side windows, 12 units load at a time when shipped by 40' HQ container, improving fast turnover by 80% and saving money.

Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)
Establish a "qualification review + sampling re-inspection" mechanism. Set quantitative indicators for key materials such as Q355B steel (yield strength ≥ 355MPa), EPS thermal insulation material (thermal conductivity ≤ 0.042W/(m·K)), and door locks (tensile resistance ≥ 1000N) to control source quality.
Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Use CNC plasma cutting. Dimensional error must be less than or equal to ± 1mm, the cut edge must be within 0.5mm/m of right angle, there shall be no burrs, no missing corners. Perform 100% visual check on the cut edge.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Replaced CO₂ gas shielded welding (current: 120-180A; voltage: 20-25V). Provided weld height ≥ 6mm and free from faults. Performed 100% ultrasonic flaw detection on follow main frame welds. Reworked unacceptable welds and performed inspection.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming
Ensure that the diagonal deviate not more than 3mm, the column wave not more than 2 mm/ m, the beam flatness not more than 1 mm/ m after straight up. Conduct the 100% inspection, the magnetic dot test to the key parts, make sure that no crack and the deformation is exist.
Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)
Use 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards for the floor with weld spacing ≤ 200mm and no hollowing. Make sure the splicing gap of EPS thermal insulation boards ≤ 2mm. The overlap of external wall color steel plates ≥ 100mm, the roof slope ≥ 5°, and carry out 24 hours water tightness test to avoid leakage.
Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Make sure the doors and window air tightness is up to standard (air leakage ≤ 0.1m³/(h·㎡) under 0.5kPa). Use tempered glass with thickness ≥ 5mm. Use BV copper core wires and PPR pipes for water and electricity system. Conduct a water pressure test at 0.8MPa for 30 minutes with pressure drop ≤ 0.05MPa. Make sure you have 100% pass on power-on test.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Do the three-inspection system (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection). Use label on the cabins qualified and take the photo on record. Remove and do work on unqualified products. Keep every record for more than 3 years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
Customers are allowed to be with quality control people when the goods are checked for acceptability. When there is no problem, change the form of confirmation. When there is problem, repair within 24 hours and re-test after the repair.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
Create only good quality files and follow-up per "1 month return visit, 3 months inspection, 1-year rectification" plan. Reply to clients' problems in 48 hours, and resolve it in 72 hours. Reach at site within 24 hours for emergency problems.
