Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)

Create a “qualification review + sampling re-inspection” system. Use clear targets to control the source quality of main materials, such as Q355B steel (yield strength ≥ 355MPa), EPS thermal insulation material (thermal conductivity ≤ 0.042W/(m·K)), door locks (tensile resistance ≥ 1000N).

Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking

Adopt CNC plasma cutting. Make sure dimensional deviation is 01mm at most, the cutting edge is not more than 0.5mm/m away from a perfect right angle, and there is no burr or missing corner. Do a 100% check on the cutting edges in appearance

Step 3:Frame Welding

Use the CO₂ gas shielded welding (current: 120-180A, voltage: 20-25V). Make sure the weld height is at least 6mm and without defect. Conduct the 100% ultrasonic flaw detection on the main frame weld. Rework the unqualified welds and conduct the rechecking.

Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming

Ensure the diagonal deviation after straightening is no more than 3mm, the column attachment is no more than 2mm/m out of perpendicularity and the beam flatness no more than 1mm/m. Conduct 100% check and MPT on key parts to check cracks or deformation.

Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)

Use 1.8mm MgO boards on the floor with weld spacing not exceeding 200mm that is not hollow, ensure the splicing gap of EPS thermal insulation boards shall not exceed 2mm, use external wall color steel plates with the overlap width≥100mm, roof slope≥5°, Conduct a 24-hour water tight test to ensure leakage prevention.

Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)

Ensure doors and window barriers have the proper tight fit (air leakage ≤ 0.1m³/(h·㎡) at 0.5kPa). Use heatproof glass with thickness ≥ 5mm. Use BV copper core wires and PPR pipes for the water and electric system. Do a water pressure test at 0.8MPa for 30mins with pressure drop 0.05MPa. Pass the power on test with a 100% rate.

Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)

Implement the three-inspection system (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection). Provide labels to qualified cabins and take pictures for record keeping. Isolate unqualified products and rework them. Keep all records for more than 3 years.

Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination

Acceptance is carried out in the places where quality control staff team up with customer. No objection will be signed if customer agrees. Within 24 hours rectification plan should be made if there is a problem. Repass should be made after rectification.

Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback

Set up only good quality files and carry out follow-up as per the "1-month return, visit, 3-month checkup, 1-year maintenance" plan. Get back to the client about their issue in two days and fix it within three days. Reach the location in a day for emergency cases.
