WHAT IS THE EXPANDABLE CONTAINER HOUSE

The expandable container is a room you can move around; it can fold out in the field into three separate units from one.

EXPANDABLE CONTAINER HOUSE STRUCTURE

27-72㎡ extra large spaces, wind resistance level 12, earthquake resistance level 9, 20FT stackable, one or two levels, can open and close 120 times, very mobile, options: one-bedroom with living room and bath and kitchen; two-bedroom with living room and bath and kitchen; three-bedroom with living room and bath and kitchen.

Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)

Create "rating examination + sample recheck" system. For the sources of the main two samples of Q355B steel (yield strength ≥ 355MPa), EPS thermal insulation (thermal conductivity ≤ 0.042W/（m·K)), and door lock (tensile resistance ≥ 1000N), set counts to control quality.

Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking

Please take in CNC plasma cut. Do ensure that the size difference isn't too much (± 1mm), the edge of the cut isn't more than 0.5mm/m, nor are there burrs than skipped corners. Make sure to check all spacers and check on the appearance of all spacer edges.

Step 3:Frame Welding

Use CO₂ gas shielded welding techniques (Current 120-180A, Voltage 20-25V). The weld must be at least 6mm high End, Clean in between, No cracks, No slag inclusion  and other defect. Mainframe welds, Conduct ultrasonic flaw detection 100%, Whole hull, after welding, weld placed in hull reinspection.

Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming

When use straightener, follow the real diagonal deviation ≤3mm, column stiffness ≤2mm/m and the correction of the shape of the girder ≤1mm/m. Do 100% inspection and magnetic powder on the important parts, so as to keep the steady quality and avoid any cracks or change.

Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)

Use 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards on the floor with weld interval ≤ 200mm and not hollow. Check that lapping gap of EPS thermal insulation boards ≤ 2mm. As for steel panel of outside wall in color steel plates,type and lapping interval ≥ 100mm, and roof inclination ≥ 5°, and also perform a 24-hour water pressure test in the form of a geometry.

Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)

Verify tight fitting doors and windows (no speck of air could pass through). Avoid using plain or curves glasses with the thickness over 5mm. BV copper core wiring and PPR pipes are used for water and power. Water pressure of 0.8MPa was used for 30mins with Pressure drops of 0.05MPa. Power-on test received no error!

Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)

Follow the three-inspection system (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection). Paste the captains who pass the inspection with labels and take pictures for records. Ground and rework unqualified products. Keep all the records for more than 3 years.

Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination

Customers arebut checked on when they arrrive to see if they clear or not they endorse the confirmation form if they areno complaint Make arrangement for rectification within twenty four hours if there are any issues and then conduct re-inspection after rectification.

Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback

Make the special quality record then do follow up as said in guide line " 1.Month return visit,3.month check up, 1. year after service". Respond to customers concern within 48 hours and solve it within 72 hours. For emergency cases, visit within 24 hours at the site.
