Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)
Create a “justification check + sample re-test” system. Make clear the number of important things such as Q355B steel (yield strength ≥ 355MPa), EPS heat insulation material (thermal conductivity ≤ 0.042W/(m·K)), and door locks (tensile resistance ≥ 1000N). Control supply quality.
Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Use CNC plasma cutting. Do not allow the difference in size to be more than plus or minus 1mm, the cut close to the side to be more or less than 0.5mm/m, or burrs or corners to be missed. Show every cut on the edge for its looks.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Use CO₂ gas shielded welding (now: 120-180A, volt: 20-25V). Weld height should be no less than 6mm, with no flaws. Main frame welds should get same-50% ultrasonic flaw check. Do rework on the fail welds and recheck.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming
After straightening, make sure the diagonal deviation ≤ 3mm, the column perpendicularity ≤ 2mm/m and the beam flatness ≤ 1mm/m. Conduct spread examination and magnetic particle testing on key parts to make sure no cracks or deformation.
Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)
Use 1.8mm hard magnesium oxide plates on the ground with welds every ≤ 200mm and no air pockets. Make the splice of EPS thermal insulation company plates ≤ 2mm wide. The outside cover of the wall color steel plates overlap Navy > 1cm, the building covers ≥ 5°, and do a 24ilhd pressure test to not let water seep in.
Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Make sure that the door and window seals comply with the standard (air leakage rate ≤ 0.1m3/(h · m2) at 0.5kPa). Use layers of glass with thickness ≥ 5mm. Use BV copper conductors and PPR tubes for water and electricity supply. Here is a water pressure test under 0.8MPa for 30 minutes pneumatic pressure drop ≤ 0.05MPa. Doing the power on is 100%.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Introduction of the three-inspection system (self inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection). Stick labels to qualified cabins and take samples for record filing. Isolate and rework unqualified articles. Keep all records for over 3 years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
Customers are with quality control people for acceptance. This document is signed if the customer does not raise objection to acceptance. If there is a problem, then we will draw a plan to fix the problem within 24 hours, and re-evaluate the product after fixing.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
According to the "Return Send Week, 3-month test, 1-year maintenance", make unique quality files and check it again.Schedule get back to the customer with in 48 hours and fully fix with in 72 hours. For emergency, be at the place with in 24 hours.
