Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)
Create a "qualification review + sampling re-inspection" system. Set numbers for key materials, such as Q355B steel (yield strength ≥ 355MPa), EPS thermal insulation material (thermal conductivity ≤ 0.042W/(m·K)), and door locks (tensile resistance ≥ 1000N), and control where they come from.
Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Use CNC plasma cutting. Make sure the deviation in overall size is less than or same as +1mm, the corner of cutting edge is not bent than or same as 0.5mm/m, no burrs, no corners missed. Do 100% check on the cut edge appearance.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Please adopt CO₂ gas shielded welding (present: 120-180A, 20-25V). Make sure comparator height is ≥ 6mm and there are no peeling defects. Test the main frame welds 100% using ultrasonic flaw method. Rework depend on Peeling welds according to the NDT and make re-inspection.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming
Ensure the column is perpendicular after straightening, the col umn deviation shall be ≤ 2mm/m, and the beam shall be flatness within 1mm/m. Give 100% check and magnetic spraying on key parts to ensure no cracks or deformation.
Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)
Reckon with 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards on the floor with weld spacing ≤ 200mm and not hollowing. Make sure the splicing gap of EPS thermal insulation boards ≤ 2mm. The overlap of external wall color steel plates ≥ 100mm, the roof slope ≥ 5°, then run a 24 hr water tightness test to not let water flow outside.
Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Ensure that the air tightness of doors and windows obeys the standard (air leakage ≤ 0.1m³/(h·㎡) under 0.5kPa).Use tempered glass with the thickness ≥ 5mm. Use BV copper core wires and PPR pipes for water and electricity systems. Conduct a 0.8MPa water pressure test for 30 minutes with pressure drop ≤ 0.05MPa. Luckly make a 100% pass rate for power on test.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Rearranged the three-inspection system (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection). Attach labels at the time of qualification for cabins and record images. Isolate and rework unqualified products, and keep all records for more than 3 years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
ustomers are taken by quality control people for their approval. Sign on the pending form if not objection. Make a correction plan in 24 hours if you have problems and recheck it after fixing it.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
Create all-new high quality files. Follow the plan, which means: One month after, check on the customer every 3 months, then every year. Reply to customer concerns within two days, and fix issues within three days. Use a set time to come for urgent matters.
