Step 1:Make clear material rules for access (Source control)
Create a "proof test + pull test" system. Use numbers to show the key qualities of the key things, such as Q355B steel (yield strength ≥ 355MPa), EPS thermal insulation material (thermal conductivity ≤ 0.042W/(m·K)), and door locks (tensile resistance ≥ 1000N) so that the base quality can be kept under control.
Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Adopt CNC plasma cutting. Make sure the dimension deviation is ≤ ± 1mm, the cutting edge perpendicularity is ≤ 0.5mm/m, and there are no burrs or missing corners. Check on the appearance of all cutting edges.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Adopt CO₂ gasescooped welding (mode: 120 -180A, voltage: 20-25V). Make sure the height of the owns ≥ 6mm with no any mistake. Conductándole 100% ultrasound flaw detection to the welded the main frame. Rework the unqualified weld and conduct the re-examineries.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming
After straightening, keep the diagonal deviation ≤ 3mm, the column perpendicularly ≤ 2mm/m and the beam flatness ≤ 1mm/m. Do the 100% check and magnetic particle testing on the focus parts to make sure of no cracking and no deformed.
Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)
Use 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards for the floor weld spacing ≤ 200mm and no hollowing. Make sure the splicing gap of EPS thermal insulation boards ≤ 2mm. The overlap of external wall color steel plates ≥ 100mm, the roof slope ≥ 5°, and do a 24-hour water tightness test to stop leakage.
Step 6:Assistance with Set Up of System (Doors, Windows, Water and Power)
Ensure the air tightness of doors and windows meet the standard (air leakage ≤ 0.1m³/(h·㎡) under 0.5kPa). Use tempered glass with thickness ≥ 5mm. Use BV copper core wires and PPR pipes for water and electricity system. Carry out a water pressure test at 0.8MPa for 30 minutes with pressure drop ≤ 0.05MPa. Have 100% pass rate for power on testing.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Remember the three-inspection method (self-inspection, client inspection, special inspection). Stick labels onto the approved cabins and take photos to keep on file. Put aside and correct the bad ones. Keep all records for more than 3 years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
Customers are taken by quality control folks for acceptance. Sign the confirmation form if there is no objection. When there are problems, come up with a fix plan within 24 hours, and reinspect after fixing.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
Create special high quality documents and do follow-up as per the guideline of “one month return, three months check, and one year upkeep”. Handle client issues within 48 hours and solve the issues within 72 hours. Be at the location within 24 hours in case of urgent issues.
