The expandable container is a car container that you can pull apart directly when you want. You take the one and make it three.

Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)
Create a “qualification recheck + sampling recheck” plan; set numbers for key clones like Q355B steel (spring limit at least 355Mpa), EPS thermal insulation (thermal′Conductivity at most. 042W/(m·K)), and door locks (break part at least 1000N), titre source degree.
Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Adopt CNC plasma cutting. Guarantee the dimension error ≤ ±1mm, cutting edge perpendicularity ≤ 0.5mm/m, and burrs and corners missing. Conduct all inspection on the-outfit appearance of cutting edges.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Use CO₂ gas shielded welding (current: 120-180A, voltage: 20-25V). No more than 6mm weld height should be above the weld face and welds are free from any defect. Do 100% ultrasonic flaw detection of the main frame weld. Rework the unqualified welds and then re-inspect them again.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming

Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)
Use 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards for the floor with weld spacing ≤ 200mm and no hollowing. Make sure the splicing gap of EPS thermal insulation boards ≤ 2mm. The overlap of external wall color steel plates ≥ 100mm, the roof slope ≥ 5°, and do a 24-hour water tightness test to avoid leakage.
Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Ensure the air tightness of doors and windows is up to standard (air leakage ≤ 0.1m³/(h·㎡) under 0.5kPa). Use tempered glass ≥ 5mm. use BV copper core wire and PPR pipes in both water and power supply systems. Carry out water pressure test at 0.8MPa for 30 minutes with no more than 0.05MPa pressure change. Have a hundred percent power on test pass rate.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Implement the three-inspection system (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection). Attract line to qualified cabins and put marks, and take pictures for record. Keep away and re-operate the unqualified products. Keep all the records for more than 3 years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
Customers follow up with out quality people for acceptance. Sign in the empty box of acceptance if no problem. If problem occure, make a rectifying plan within 24 hours and then re-check after the correction.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
come up with independent high quality files, and follow the "1-month return visit, 3-month inspection, 1-year maintenance" plan. Reply customers’ problems in one day, solve in two days. Rush to the site in less than one day for emergency problems.
