Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)

Create a formal system of "examination of qualification + reinspection of sampling". Predetermine numeric standards for important items such as Q355B steel (constant strain >355 MPa), EPS thermal insulation (constant heat transfer coefficient <0.422 W/(cm·K)), and lock (breaking strength >1000 N) to limit starting point quality.

Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking

Use CNC plasma cutting. Make sure the size change is not more than 1mm, the march of the cut end is no more than 0.5mm/m, and there are no burrs or lost corners. Check all the cut edges' look 100% on the outside.

Step 3:Frame Welding

Use CO₂ gas shielded welding (current: 120-180A, voltage: 20-25V). Make sure the weld height is not less than 6mm and free of error. Conduct 100% ultrasonic flaw detect on the welds of main frame. Rework out of qualification welds and carry out re-inspection.

Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming

After the straightening, make sure the oblique deviation: ≤ 3mm, the column readiness: no more than 2mm/m, and the flatness of the beam: ≤ 1mm/m. Repeat the test and magnetic test 100% of important parts to prevent cracks or deformation.

Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)

Replace the floor with 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards, weld spacing ≤ 200mm, but don’t hollow. EPS thermal insulation boards split gap ≤ 2mm. Overlap of outer wall COLORSTEEL plates ≥ 100mm, slope of roof ≥ 5°, have 24 hr water tightness test, you stop leakage.

Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)

Make sure door and window airtightness meet standards (air leakage ≤ 0.1m³/(h·㎡) at 0.5kPa). Use hardened glass with thickness ≥ 5mm. Use BV copper core wire and PPR pipe for water and electricity. Perform water pressure test at 0.8MPa for 30 minutes, pressure drop ≤ 0.05MPa. Ensure 100% pass rate for power supply.

Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)

Start the threeinspection system (licenseinspection, inverse check and special check). Attach tags to the qualified cabins and take photographs for the archives. Separate and remanufacture the unqualified goods. Keep all data for more than 3 years.

Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination

Customers are followed by our quality control staff for acceptance. The acceptance form is signed in case there is no objection. A re-inspection is done after correction, if any problems are to be corrected, that is within 24 hours.

Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback

Create one-of-a-kind top quality files and follow the “1-month return visit, 3-month check-up, 1-year repair” plan. reply to all customer issues within 48 hours, solve it within 72 hours. For emergency problems, get to the site within 24 hours.
