Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)
Create a "qualification review + sampling re-inspection" mechanism. Establish quantitive standards for key materials like Q355B steel (press strength ≥ 355MPa), EPS heat insulation material (heat conductivity ≤ 0.042W/(m·K)), and door locks (tensile strength ≥ 1000N) to control source quality.
Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Use CNC plasma cutting. Make sure the size difference is no more than ±1mm, the edge cuts at right angle 0.5mm/m or less, and no sharp edges or missing points. Perform 100 manual checks on the looks of the cutting edges.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Provide adopt of CO₂ gas shielded weldings (current: (120-180)A, Voltage: 20-25)V). Make sure that the weld height is more than 6 mm and that no weld defect exists. 100% ultrasonic flaw detection shall be done on main frame welds. Re-weld all welds, which have failed the inspection, and perform re-inspection.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming
Once it is straightened, the deviation along di- agonal shall not be more than3mm,the perpendicularity of the columns not more than2mm/m,and the flatness of the beam not more than1mm/m. 100%along with magnetic powder test shall be con- ducted on key parts to confirm no cracks and deformation.
Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)
Use 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards for the ground, weld strain ≤200mm length and no hollow. The splicing gap of EPS thermal insulation plate install ≤2mm. Overlapped sew of exterior wall color steel plate ≥100mm, the roof slope ≥5°, 24h water tightness test is conducted to avoid leakage.
Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Make sure doors and windows are air tight enough (air leakage ≤ 0.1m³/(h·㎡) under 0.5kPa). Use glass thicker than 5mm. Use BV (copper core, sealed high). Use Power and PPR pipes for water and power districts. Do a water pressure test for a half-hour at 0.8 MPa with a drop of 0.05 MPa. Let the power on test run all through.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Follow three-inspection system (self, mutual and special inspection). Bind sticker on the qualifications of cabins, take photographs for records. Kill unqualified products and rework them. Keep all the records for over 3 years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
Customers are taken by quality controllers for acceptance. Sign the confirmation if you have no objection. Make a bill on what to change within 24 hours if there is a problem, and take another look after change.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
Create only high quality records and follow-up as you follow the "1 month return, 3 month review, and 1 year maintenance" plan. Resolve issues faced by client as fast as within 48 hours and solve them within the next 72 hours. Reach the location within 24 hours for urgent cases.
