Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)
Remove the “qualification review + sampling re-inspection” way. There should be a number to check beforehand to see if they got the main parts of the Q355B steel (like if it’s strong enough to take 355N/mm2), eludescence pillow-wads (that don’t let heat go more than 0.042W/(m.K)), and door locks that do not stretch out after every 1000N).
Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Adopt CNC plasma cutting. Ensure size difference is not above 1mm; that the cutting edge is not more than 0.5mm/m out of a right line and that burrs or missing corners are not present. Make one random check on the cutting edges’ appearance.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Adopt CO₂ gas shielded welding (namely, 120-180A, 20-25V). Make sawn weld height no less than 6mm and weld without bad work. Test end frame sawn weldend frame sawn weldby 100% ultrasonic flaw detect. Rework unqualified welds and test again.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming
Once flattened, be sure that the off-angle is no more than 3mm, the pole straightness is no more than 2mm a meter, and the beam levelness is no more than 1mm a meter. Perform round fix, magnetic liquid check at key parts, and truly do have no cracks or bend.
Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)
Use 1.8mm mag oxide boards for the floor, weld gap ≤200mm hollow, no hollow Use the splicing gap of EPS thermal insulation boards =2mm External wall color steel plates overlapping ≥100mm slope of the roof ≥5° and 24H water tightness test to prevent leakage.
Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Ensure air tightness of doors and windows meets the standard (air leakage ≤ 0.1m3/ ( h·m2) under 0. 5Kpa). Use tempered glasses with ≥ 5mm thickness. Use BV copper core wires and PPR pipes of water and electricity. Put water pressure test at 0.8Mpa for 30min, pressure drop of ≤ 0. 05Mpa. Power on test has 100% pass rate.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Use three checks: you check yourself, others check you, and special checks are done. Stick stickers on good cabins, and take shots for to keep record. Remove and fix bad products. Keep them all for over three years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
Customers are taken by the quality control staff to acceptance. There is nothing to argue about on the acknowledgement form. A correction scheme is made within 24 hours if there are errors and re-inspection is made after making it accordingtly.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
Create unique quality file and make follow-up on the plan: 1-month return visit, 3-month check-up, 1-year maintenance. Deal with customer complaints in 48 hours, fix in 72 hours. Visit site in 24 hours in case of emergency.
