Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)
Create a system of “ qualifying checks + sample re-verification”. Create numbers to check for each type of key raw mate- rial, such as Q355B steel of yield strength of ≥ 355MPa, EPS thermal insulation mate- rial of thermal conductivity of ≤ 0.042W/(m·K), and door lock of tensile resist- ance of ≥ 1000N. This will control the first feed stock.
Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Follow CNC plasma cutting. Dimensional deviation should be less than ±1mm, standard deviation of the cutting edge is less than 0.5mm/m, and no burrs and missing corners. Conduct the 100% inspection on cutting edges.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Adopt CO₂ gas shielded welding (current: 120-180A, volt: 20-25V). The height for IM use shall be at the ≥ 6 mm and inseparable. Conduct 100% ultrasonic flaw detection on main frame welds. Rework unqualified welds and re-inspect.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming
Following straightening, the corner de viens should be 3mm or less, the coulmn must be tilted less than 2mm/m, and the infill must be 1mm/m or less. Make sure to pass all parts through 100% inspection and magnetic particle testing to make sure there are no cracks or deformation.
Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing )
Use 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards for the floor with weld spacing ≤ 200mm and no hollowing. The splicing gap of EPS thermal insulation boards shall be ≤ 2mm. The overlap of external wall color steel plates shall be ≥ 100mm, the roof slope shall be ≥ 5°, and 24 hours water tightness tests shall be undertaken to avoid leakage.
Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Check the door and window tightness (LTA is far enough from 0.5kPa), use tempered glass llargèr » – 5mm, use BV copper core wire and PPR for water and electricity system (leave Pressure test at 0.8Mpa for 30 min with drop be greater than 0.05.mpa). the power followed 100% pass rate.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Implement the three-inspection system (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection). Attach labels to qualified cabins and take photos for record-keeping. Isolate and rework unqualified products. Keep all records for more than 3 years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
Customers are taken by the Q & C staff for acceptance. Sign the form of confirmation if there is no objection. Within 24 hours if there is any problem, rectify the problem and carry out re-inspection after rectification.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
Establish high quality separate records and according to the plan of "1-month return, visit, 3-month, check and 1-year, service", follow up. Reply to customers within 48 hours of their problem and fix in 72 hours. Come to the spot in 24 hours for the emergency case.
