WHAT IS THE DETACHABLE CONTAINER HOUSE
A prefabricated detachable container house is a type of housing building which is assembled by combining parts of an House prefab house in a failed-house to build it into a complete. They are cheaper, are able to save the earth and are very simple to convert. This house is a modular sewable to make out of steel which can survive any consistory natural event and transportation and are best suited for building up houses.
DETACHABLE CONTAINER HOUSE STRUCTURE
A detachable container is normally 3*6 m (20 ft long) and has 1 door, 2 windows and a basic electrical erection and lightening. This 20 ftr container house is very flexible. From how it looks like you can change how long it is how thick the material is how the shell is made for beauty. We can do anything in the inside. You can even add a bathroom or a kitchen for more liveability.
Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)
Create a 'qualification review + sampling reinspection' mechanism. Determine amount indicators for key materials such as Q355B steel (yield strength≥ 355MPa), EPS thermal insulation material (thermal conductivity≤ 0.042W/(m·K)), and door locks (tensile resistance ≥ 1000N) so as to take charge of source quality.
Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Use CNC plasma cutting. Confirm it does not have the dimension error of more than ±1mm, it does not have the cut edge tilt more than 0.5mm/m, and it does not have burrs and missing corners. Carry out a 100% inspection of the still shape of the cutting edges.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Adopt fo2 gas shielded arc welding (time:120-180A; voltage:20-25V). Make sure the heights of the welds are ≥6mm, and without any flaws. Carry out 100% ultrasonic flaw detection on main frame welds. Fix unqualified welds and carry out re-inspection.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming
When beating done, make sure the diagonal tilt is less than or equal to 3mm, the shape of the pole is less than or equal to 2mm/m and the flatness of the beam is less than or equal to 1mm/m. Do 100% inspection and magnetic particle testing on the important parts to check that there is no crack or deformation.
Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)
Please use 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards for the floor, weld spacing ≤ 200mm, and avoid hollowing; Make sure the splicing gap of EPS thermal insulations boards is ≤ 2mm; The overlap of external wall colour steel plates should be ≥ 100mm, slope of roof ≥ 5° and conduct water tightness test for 24 hours so I can avoid leakage.
Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Stop air lever in doors and windows has to meet standards (air leaks at most 0.1m³/(h·㎡) when under 0.5kPa). Use tough glass and use at least 5mm thick glass. Use BV copper wires and PPR pipes for pipping for power and water pipes. Do water pressure test at 0.8MPa for 30 mins, water pressure drops at most 0.05MPa. Power on test has to have 100% passes.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Make a three inspection system (by oneself, each other, special). Put the stickers on the eligible cabins and take photos for record. Cull and rework the unqualified products. Keep all the ones for over 3 years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
Customers are with the people who check the quality for acceptance. If no objection found to sign the confirmation form. If problem occurred, rectification scheme conducted within 24 hours and second time reinspection after rectification.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
Create quality files solely and check again as per "one-month return visit, three months test, one-year service" method. Reply to customer issues in two days and clear them in three days. Come to the field within one day in dates of critical problems.
