WHAT IS THE MIC BUILDING
Modular integrated building containers are factory built items that are completely fitted. They are long lasting, fast to put up (ready to use once put down), and have many ways they can be set up. They are a fast and earth-wise way to make whole buildings out of at least temporary shelters, work places, or places for or for the states to set up in the public realm.
MIC BUILDING STRUCTURE
The product structure of a modular integrated building container is a multi-layer, factory-in construction major plan that incorporates fully consolidated components. It has a main load-bear, steel frame, a superior building envelope with cooled wall and roof panels, often with a sandwich structure, and a complete inside. The inside is already have fine coatings, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and exist in the walls. All parts are made to exact standards, all has a uniform hidden hookup, where they make quick assembly and utility hookup.

Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)
Create a 'grading check + test on others' way. Use numbers to mend important stuff like Q355B iron (push power at least 355MPa), EPS heat keeper stuff (ability to pass heat : 0.042W/(m·K)), and door latches (resist pull at least 1000N) to curb start up quality.
Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Use CNC plasma cutting; Assume the cut dimensional difference is not more than ±1 mm; Make sure the welding surface welding surface readiness is not more than 0.5 mm/m; Ensure there are no burrs and corner lacks. Conduct 100% checks on all cut edges.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Replace with CO₂ gas shielded welding (current:120-180A, volt:20-25V). Certified the weld height ≥ 6mm and find out the defect. Performed 100 percent ultrasonic flaws detection on main frame welds. Reweld the unqualified welds and perform re inspection.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming
Once straightened, verify that the diagonal offset is ≤3mm, the extent of the off-verticality of the column is ≤2 mm/m, and the flatness of the beam is ≤ 1mm/m. Inspect the important components, and check the magnetic particles on the key parts 100% to ensure that there is no crack or deformed.
Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)
Use 1.8mm magnesium oxide plates on land that has almost no hollowing and the weld gap is no more than 200mm. The splicing gap of EPS thermal insulation plates should not be more than 2mm. The outside wall colour steel plates should be at least 100mm, the roof slope should be a minimum of 5° and water tightness test should be held for 24hrs to stop leakage.
Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Verify if doors and windows meet the air tightness standard (air leak ≤ 0.1m³/(h· ㎡) at 0.5 kPa). Use glasses of thickness ≥ 5mm. Use BV copper core wires and PPR pipes for both water and electric system. Do a water pressure test at 0.8 MPa for 30 minutes with pressure fall-at 0.05 MPa or less. Power on testing shall have 100% pass rate.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Re-evaluate three-inspection system for self-inspection, double-inspection, and special-inspection. Place labels on ellas that answers standard and record a photo image of the cabin. Record those not fit the standard making comparison. Keep all records for over three years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
They are with clients at the time of acceptance. Always confirm upon acceptance if nothing was wrong. Make a plan to correct in 24 hours if any problem and re-inspect after the correction.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
Specially good files and do follow up as per Plan of "return visit after 1 month, checkup after 3 month, maintenance after 1 year" Reply customer problems within 48 hours and fix within 72hours. coming at site within 24 hours for emergency problems.
