Step 1:Clarify Material Access Standards (Source Control)
Create a "qualification check + sampling bi has i ' mechanism. Step 2:Steel Cutting and Blanking
Adopt CNC plasma cutting. and confirm the dimensional deviation≤±1mm, the cutting edge parallelism≤0.5mm/m, there is no burr and missing corner. AZout of 100% inspection in cutting edge appearance.
Step 3:Frame Welding
Use CO₂ gas shielded welding (amps: 120-180, volts: 20-25). Make sure the weld height is ≥ 6mm and not faulty. Do 100% ultrasonic flaw detection on the main frame welds. Fix bad welds and do reinspection.
Step 4:Frame Straightening and Forming
Once alignment is straightened, the crooked slope should be less than or equal to 3 mm, the column tilt less than or equal to 2 mm/m, and the beam flatness less than or equal to 1mm/m. Carry out a 100 percent inspection and magnetize test on the critical parts to rule out cracks or deformations.
Step 5:Enclosure System Installation (Core of Thermal Insulation and Waterproofing)
Use 1.8mm magnesium oxide boards on the floor with weld gap ≤ 200mm and no hollowing. Keep splicing distance of EPS thermal insu-lating plates to be ≤ 2mm. External wall color steel plates should overlap ≥ 100mm, and the roof slope≥5°. Conduct a 24-hour water tightness test to avoid leakage.
Step 6:Supporting System Installation (Doors, Windows, Water and Electricity)
Please make sure that the doors and windows are dense enough (air leak≤ 0.1m³(/h· ㎡) under 0.5kPa). Use the tough glasses whose thickness ≥ 5mm. Use the BV wire of copper core and the PPR pipe in the water and the electrical systems. Conduct the test of the water pressure with the 0.8MPa for 30min, and the pressure difference≤ 0.05MPa. Make the pass rate of the entering power 100%.
Step 7:Factory Acceptance and Filing (Inspection Closure)
Follow the three-inspection scheme (self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection). Stick labels on passed cabins and take pictures for archives. Send out produced products having problems for correction. Keep out all archives for the span of more than 3 years.
Step 8:Delivery Acceptance Coordination
Customers are taken byQC staff for their approval. Write your name on the acceptance if you are fine with the goods. If there are ure problems make a fix plan within 24 hours and re-check after fixing.
Step 9:Quality Tracking and Feedback
Create the top quality files on your own and report as per the "1 month revisiting, 3 months checking, and 1 year fixing" program. Reply to customers seeking help within 2 days and clear within 3 days. Reach the place within 1 day if there is some urgent problem.
